April 15 (UPI) -- "Saturday Night Live" kicked off its latest episode mocking Congress' on-going gun control debate.

In his usual role as President Barack Obama, Jay Pharoah, began by announcing it was a good day because Congress had finally "agreed to think about talking about gun control."

The President later introduced Senators Joe Manchin (Jason Sudeikis) and Patrick Toomey (Bill Hader), who reluctantly explained some of the practices they've agreed upon in regards to gun control. Among them:

-No individual can purchase a handgun from a private dealer before being asked "Are you a good person?" Along with the follow up question "Seriously, are you?"

-The limit of guns you can shoot at once is two.

-AK-47s will be banned from all coin operated vending machines.

-And the Papa John's promotion "buy two medium pizzas get a free gun" has been completely outlawed. Except for weekends and during the Super Bowl.

Of course, all the new regulations apply to all 50 states except for Florida.
