April 9 (UPI) -- What would you want to do if you'd just woken up from a coma? Evie Branan, a 79-year-old woman from Flint Township, Mich., woke up from a five-year semi coma to tell medical staff that she wanted "to go to a Bob Seger concert," MLive.com reported Monday.

"Maybe my last thoughts were Bob Seger before I had my stroke," Branan said of waking up in 2011.

Branan, who had already attended four Seger concerts before the stroke that landed her in a coma, will finally get to see her musical hero on stage again. When the administrator of Branan's long-time care facility heard her story, she contacted Seger's management company and organized for Branan to have dinner with his bandmates, crew and their families. No word yet on whether Seger will go.

"I'm so excited I can hardly breathe," Branan said. "What am I looking forward to the most? Hugging Bob Seger and giving him a big smooch."
