Demi Lovato tweets makeup-less selfie

Demi Lovato tweeted a photo of her naked face Wednesday and encouraged her fans to take off their makeup because they are beautiful.

"Ladies, be brave today.. take off your make-up and stop using those filters!! WE are beautiful!!!" the "Heart Attack" singer wrote.

It seems like everybody is going makeup free these days. Last week, Mariah Carey uploaded a make-up free image of herself on her birthday in an effort to showcase her natural beauty. In past years other celebrities like Lady Gaga and Miley Cyrus have also shared photos of themselves without makeup and even Barbie the doll has joined in on the trend.
