Hayden Panettiere looks ready for summer on the cover of Glamour magazine's May issue, in which the "Nashville" actress opens up about her relationship with heavyweight boxer Wladimir Klitschko, growing up with the "Messy Generation," and her hopes for motherhood.

When Glamour asked the 23-year-old actress about getting back together with her rumored fiance, Klitschko, Panettiere didn't play coy.

"I think it’s pretty obvious. I’m not going to deny it," she said. "It’s like the 2.0 version. I’ve always had great relationships and stayed really good friends with the guys I’ve dated."

Panettiere, who got her big break in her teens with "Heroes," also said that solid parenting and good friends kept her from becoming a "disaster child" like a few of her contemporaries.

“I came up in the 'Messy Generation.' The generation of the disaster child,” she told the mag.

"It’s not that I didn’t go to clubs, have my picture taken. I was 16 years old. I was experimenting just like any kid. But I had friends and family around me to yank me back when I was heading in the wrong direction. Every turn that I made, somebody was waiting for me to fall on my face and catch it on film.

The thing that really saved me was that I still had that healthy fear of my parents -- I still had a midnight curfew at 18!"

Panettiere also said she's ready for parenthood.

"I don’t feel my age, and I feel like I was born to be a mother," Panettiere said.

"Sometimes people speak about [having kids] like, 'Your life ends -- you’re never going to be able to do anything again!' And I’m like, 'What are you talking about?'...I would sacrifice having more years of being wherever I want whenever I want for years with my kids."

The May issue of Glamour is out April 9.
