Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian are being accused of defrauding their Cancer charity "Cathy's Kids."

According to ESPN, Odom's charity , which promises money for cancer research, "has not given a dime in grant money to any cancer entity in its eight-year history" despite having raised an alleged $2.2 million.

Odom founded the charity in 2004 after the basketball star lost his mother to stomach cancer. He and Kardashian set up a joint eBay account labeled "Khlomar" to collect money for their philanthropist ventures.

The stars' page says that "[Cathy's Kids] was developed as a means for Lamar to streamline all his charitable efforts and focus on making a positive impact on the lives of under-privileged children, as well as targeting a disease that has played a significant role in his life, cancer."

Yahoo news reports Odom has used most of the proceeds to help the former on the list, spending up to $1.3 million (or 60 percent of the declared profits) of the collected money to finance two elite youth basketball travel teams.

The remaining 40 percent is allegedly allocated in the bank account of the charity's secretary, Jessy DeGregorio -- who was Odom's best man in his wedding to Kardashian -- and has reportedly earned a median annual salary of $72,000 from 2004 to 2011.

But Odom isn't the only star whose involvement in charitable organizations is questionable. According to ESPN, many high-profile athletes' charities don't measure up to an "efficient, effective use of money."
