It seems like Lindsay Lohan's perpetually in or on her way to court, but she still managed to arrive 48 minutes late to Monday's hearing over charges related to a car crash last June.

Clad in a partly sheer white pantsuit, the 26-year-old "Liz & Dick" star and her attorney, Mark Heller, were greeted by unidentified glitter-bomber, who shot the sparkly stuff over Lohan has she passed -- video above.

Lohan faces 240 days in jail if she's convicted on charges of lying to the police and reckless driving after she crashed her Porsche into a truck last summer. Lohan initially told police at the scene that her assistant was behind the wheel.
