Hounded by reports of a split with fiance Liam Hemsworth, Miley Cyrus took time out from the rumor mill to get a brand new tattoo by artist-television personality Kat Von D.

Von D posted a photo of Cyrus' new ink on her Instagram account. "Just did the RADDEST tattoo on @MileyCyrus -a miniature rendition of a daVinci anatomical heart," she explained.

According to E! News, Cyrus' tattoo rests on the inside of her right forearm. A source said the 20-year-old singer stopped by Von D's High Voltage studio in Hollywood wearing "red and black-striped leggings with a plain black shirt" on Thursday for what looked like a short visit.

The former "Hannah Montana" star has another Von D work on the back of her elbow -- two crossed arrows she received in February.

Cyrus and Hemsworth already have matching tattoos from a 1910 Teddy Roosevelt speech.

Hemsworth has been laying low in his native Australia, but he popped up in Manila, Philippines for a promotional appearance Friday. He also canceled plans to attend the March 19 premiere of his film, "Empire State."
