This is why you should always pick up your toys.

WDTV reported Sunday that a load of Lego blocks had spilled onto the highway, prompting authorities to narrow I-79 traffic down to one lane until traffic crews arrived to "clean up the mess."

After fire fighter Eric McClain posted photos of the spill on Facebook, commenter Tiffany Lantz claimed that the Legos belonged to her 11 year old son.

"They where in totes strapped to the top of the durango they fell off strap came loose he cried it seemed like forever but I tried to recover as many as I could cause I don't have the money to buy him anymore."
