Before pulling out his leathers for a "Star Wars" sequel, Harrison Ford will appear in the sequel to "Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy." Ford will play a "legendary" news anchor in the vein of Tom Brokaw.

"Anchorman: The Legend Continues" will star Will Ferrell as Ron Burgundy, and will welcome back Steve Carell, Paul Rudd and Christina Applegate. Kristin Wiig joined the cast last month. Directed by Adam McKay and produced by Judd Apatow, the comedy will begin shooting this month in Atlanta, Georgia.

In addition to the "Anchorman" sequel, Ford has a number of upcoming film projects including a "Star Wars" sequel in which he's expected to play Han Solo and "Enders Game," based on the books by Orson Scott Card. He also appears in the Jackie Robinson biopic "42."
