Kim Kardashian stars in the Spring Cover of L’Officiel Hommes magazine opposite to her boyfriend, Kanye West.

The cover features a black and white shot of the couple in a steamy and naked embrace.

Kardashian has been under a microscopic spotlight ever since West announced her pregnancy last month.

Nevertheless, the reality TV star is making the most of her pre-baby time. Besides making several TV appearances to promote her show "Kourtney and Kim take Miami" and starring in L’Officiel Hommes's cover, Kardashian appeared in February's DuJour, where she exposed her baby bump in a bikini, and will be featured in Cosmopolitan's April cover.
