Dad who drowned sons gets death penalty
On Tuesday the Instagram account "mileyxxcyrus" posted a photo of a blonde short-haired girl smoking what appears to be a marijuana blunt with the caption, "High as fvck #."
The image generated much buzz on the Internet given the girl's similarity to Miley Cyrus, but the star was quick to shoot down the rumors tweeting she was not the one who uploaded the picture.
"I don't have an Instagram," Cyrus wrote late last night.

Even though the Instagram account has been dubbed as a fake by many, Cyrus' dismissal does not entirely answer the question on everyone's mind: Is she the girl in the picture?
According to E! a tattoo featured in the girl's ring finger resembles an equal sing ink Cyrus got last year.
Neither Cyrus nor her reps have confirmed or denied the allegations. Do you think it's her in the photo?
