Disney's "Oz the Great and Powerful" premiered at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood Wednesday, ahead of its theater release on March 8. Stars James Franco and Mila Kunis and castmates Michelle Williams and Rachel Weisz were in attendance. This behind-the-scenes video released this week shows director Sam Raimi as well as cast and crew interviews regarding set design, costuming, and makeup.

Oz The Great and Powerful, based on the classic L. Frank Baum tale "The Wizard of Oz," is about a small-time magician with questionable ethics who arrives in a magical land and must choose between becoming a good man or a great one.
