NASA's Landsat 8 deployment as seen from space [VIDEO]

Feb. 12 (UPI) -- On Monday NASA launched the Landsat Data Continuity Mission, a satellite to be renamed Landsat 8 and handed over to the U.S. Geological Survey to monitor water, forests, agriculture,weather and human events. This video was posted by the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center.
