'Harlem Shake' resurrected to become the Internet's new 'Gangnam Style'

With "Gangnam Style" and "Call Me Maybe" safely behind us, the Internet's new viral video craze is "The Harlem Shake."

Psy pretty much killed "Gangnam Style" with his Wonderful Pistachios Super Bowl commercial, so it's about time the Internet had a new meme to obsess over.

Enter "The Harlem Shake," a video craze inspired by a 1980s dance move that originated in Harlem, N.Y., which involves shimmying your body and flailing your arms around like a drunk person. The Internet's interpretation of the "Harlem Shake" is to make a 30-second video set to DJ Baauer's 2012 electro-dance track of the same name. The videos typically start with only one dancer, while everyone else joins in once the bass line kicks in.
