You might have expected something different from director Morgan "Supersize Me" Spurlock, but the trailer for One Direction's documentary film, appropriately titled "1D3D," features the usual footage of screaming fans, worried mums and homesick performers.

"You think you know their story, but this is just the beginning," the trailer warns of Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne, the five superbly coiffed boys of the English-Irish pop band formed by Simon Cowell on Britain's "The X Factor" in 2010.

In the teaser trailer, which features behind-the-scenes footage of One Direction traveling the world on their concert tour, the boys admit to feeling homesick, but say they've become a band of brothers since they catapulted from individual "X Factor" contestants to full-fledged teen heartthrobs. Watch below:

"1D3D" opens August 30.
