As if a Marilyn Manson concert wasn't scary enough, the rocker spooked the audience even more by collapsing on stage while performing live in Canada.

According to TMZ, Manson was midway through his hit "Beautiful People" in Saskatoon when all of a sudden "he stopped singing, turned to the side... and keeled over on the stage." (At the 1:13 mark in the video)

The audience appeared to be confused as the band kept playing, but everyone realized the fall was not part of the performance when the crew rushed on stage to help the singer.

Some concertgoers reported the singer vomited on stage. Manson was reportedly helped off the stage and treated by an EMT.

Manson's rep has not yet given an update on the singer's condition.
