An Oregon man is claiming some return on his taxes--but not exactly the normal kind.

Vincent Burroughs filed a suit with the Eugene District Court, alleging an Internal Revenue Service tax agent pressured him into having sex to avoid being audited, KVAL News reported.

Burroughs claims Dora Abrahamson, an IRS agent, called him out of the blue in August 2011 to tell him he would be audited.

"She was sending me texts that she wanted to come out, give me massages because she needed to help me relax," Burroughs said in a phone interview with KVAL News.

Burroughs said the flirtatious texts, with offers of massages and racy photos, continued over two months, until Abrahamson showed up at his home dressed in provocative attire.

"Next thing I know, she's at my gate, honking...so I opened my gate, she came into my property dressed exactly like she texted me," Burroughs said.

As to what happened next, the lawsuit states: "She said that she could impose no penalty, or a 40% penalty, and that if he would give her what she wanted, she would give him what she needed."

Burroughs claims he had never met Abrahamson before she contacted him about the impending audit in August and that he was "sexually harassed and intimidated" into sleeping with her.
