Tatiana Kozlenko was sacked by the Russian airline Aeroflot after the photo of an arm, middle finger extended toward the cabin of a plane in flight, was posted to her account on the Russian social network Vkontakte and later posted to Twitter by popular blogger Ilya Varlamov, RT News reported.

The airline posted a message confirming her firing on its Twitter account: “Posting this photo shows Tatiana’s attitude towards passengers and her duties. She acknowledged her fault when she spoke to her managers."

Kozlenko, however, is claiming to be a victim of unfair treatment. The photo, she wrote, was not of her hand, nor was the photo even taken on an Aeroflot flight.

"I don't consider myself guilty!" she tweeted. "The photo was added to my page, I only tagged myself in it!"

"I don't understand what they spoil my life for!!!"

According to RT News, the photo in question was posted on Kozlenko's page way back in October 2011, but only recently appeared on Twitter.
