BBC's Top Gear host, Jeremy Clarkson, built and tested the world's smallest car, called "P45." The automobile has a helmet for a roof, a visor for a windshield and no side doors. The 'car' is a slightly hazardous takeoff on the Peel P50. But despite its semblance to a Lego race car, Clarkson assured viewers that it was a roadworthy device, "I promise it's a real car," he said before taking it for a dangerous ride on the highway.
