Dakota Fanning, who turned 18 last February 23, said she was surprised by the controversy over her provocative perfume ad for designer Marc Jacobs. The 2011 advertisement featured the then 17-year-old actress posing with a flower-capped perfume bottle between her legs.
"If you want to read something into a perfume bottle, then I guess you can," Glamour mag's March cover girl said in her interview. "But it's also like, 'Why are you making it about that, you creep?' I love Marc and trust him, and we just laughed about it."
