Iran claims successful space monkey launch

Iranian state media reported that it launched a monkey in a suborbital flight and returned it safely to Earth.

The launch of the Kavoshgar rocket carrying the live monkey in a capsule raises concerns that Iran could use this accomplishment to launch nuclear missiles, but there has been no immediate confirmation of Iran's claim.
