Is there a better, more appropriate way to mourn the loss of "30 Rock" than with a pint of Ben & Jerry's -- Liz Lemon style? The Vermont-based ice cream chain is already famous for its pop-culture savvy odes to Phish, Jerry Garcia, Alec Baldwin's "Schweddy Balls" "SNL" skit, Jimmy Fallon and Stephen Colbert.

So what's it called? Liz Lemon Square?

According to Grub Street, company co-founder Jerry Greenfield will announce details of the ice cream's name, flavor and ingredients at a finale viewing party in New York on Thursday, January 31.

A limited number of tickets are available to the public:

Join us in the shadows of 30 Rockefeller Center at Latitude Bar and Lounge—on January 31, 2013 from 6:30pm to 10:00pm—as we celebrate the 30 Rock series finale with the first-ever tasting of our newest celebrity flavor. It’s the last episode, and the first tasting –a poetic changing of the guards.

After seven seasons on NBC, "30 Rock's" series finale premieres Thursday, January 31 at 8p.m. ET.
