Despite viral rumors that Oscar winner, Marisa Tomei is engaged to "Prometheus" actor, Logan Marshall-Green, the actress' agent has denied the gossip to E! Online.

"There is no truth to the rumor," Tomei's rep told E!.

The couple has been dating on and off since 2008, but are not yet ready to tie the knot. In fact, we wonder if they'll ever be given Tomei's views on marriage.

"I'm not that big a fan of marriage as an institution, and I don't know why women need to have children to be seen as complete human beings," the actress said in 2009.
