Obama stumbles slightly on 'states' during oath of office [VIDEO]

President Barack Obama can't quite finish the word "states" during Monday's inaugural swearing-in ceremony.

Four years after Chief Justice John Roberts and Barack Obama famously flubbed the oath of office, the president stumbled briefly over the word "states" in "the office of the president of the United States."

Unlike 2009, however, in which Roberts and Obama organized a do-over in case there were any constitutional issues, the president's official oath of office took place Sunday. Monday's swearing-in was just for show.
