According to The Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI), a serving of The Cheesecake Factory's Bistro Shrimp Pasta is the most caloric plate on the restaurant's menu.

At 3,120 calories, the pasta dish might seem one of the healthier options considering its ingredients consist of shrimp, mushrooms, tomato and arugula, but somehow the dish has enough saturated fat (89 grams) to keep arteries clogged for five days, the CSPI reported.

To put things into perspective the center reported that eating an entire portion of the Bistro Shrimp Pasta has the nutritional equivalent of three orders of Olive Garden's Lasagna Classico plus an order of Tiramisu.

As if this wasn't enough bad news for the Cheesecake Factory, the restaurant's Crispy Chicken Costoletta also made the list at 2,610 calories per dish, the equivalent of an entire 12-piece bucket of Original Recipe KFC, CSPI reported.

Among the most 'Xtreme Eating' plates were IHOP's Country Fried Steak & Eggs at 1,760 calories, Johnny Rockets' Bacon Cheddar Double burger at 1,770 calories, The Deep Dish Macaroni & 3-Cheese at Uno Chicago Grill with 1,980 calories and Smoothie King's Peanut Power Plus Grape Smoothie at 1,460.

For a detailed description on the nutritional value of each of this meals check out the CSPI's Xtreme Eating 2013 Extremism Running Amok at America's Restaurant Chains list.
