Honey Boo Boo's Mama June traded places with the awarded pageant queen and sat down for a makeover during the reality show's Halloween special.

Mama June, who never dresses up for Halloween, wanted to do something special this year, and decided to dye her hair blonde to "do new dramatic [her]."

Being the frugal mother that she is, June thought it would be best to have a homemade makeover and had Alana and the girls dye her hair. And though they ran into some trouble applying the product, "Mama, all your bugs are jumpin’ out your head," Alana said at one point, the results were mesmerizing. Especially, for Alana's dad.

"Hubba bubba! That’s a sexy mama now," Sugar Bear said of the new do.

Inspired by Mama June's new blonde hair, Sugar Bear got her a Marilyn Monroe costume for Halloween, but because the dress was "too revealing," she ended up dressing up as a mummy instead.

Here Comes Honey Boo Boo's Halloween special, 'HOLLAday' was the first in a series of specials that will run this year. A Thanksgiving special will run next Sunday and a Christmas special will run in February.
