Remember that time Charlie Sheen found himself in hot water for "accidentally" using a gay slur at the opening for his bar at the El Ganzo hotel in Cabo San Lucas? The former "Two and a Half Men" tweeted a photo of himself hanging out with Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa at the same party captioned, "From Boyle Heights 2 Mayor of LA..! @hotelelganzo 2 party w/SHEEN at SheenZ..! Antonio Villaraigosa knows how to party!"

But Villaraigosa told NBC 4 in L.A. that the two are not Cabo bros.

"I had a three-minute conversation, I took a picture with him," Mayor Villaraigosa told a local NBC station.

"I have never said no to anyone who wanted to take a picture," the mayor added.

Sheen refuted Villaraigosa's story, telling TMZ, "I memorize 95 pages a week, so the last thing that I am is memory challenged. We hung out for the better part of 2 hours, discussing his L.A. roots, his poignant bullet campaign as well as his 3 AM lawn-watering tactics."

He also said the two had a "memorable night" together, drinking in a suite with a group of women that included "at least one porn star."
