Casey Anthony's lawyers will come back to court Tuesday to appeal the Florida mother's conviction of lying to authorities in the case regarding the disappearance and death of her daughter Caylee Marie Anthony.

Anthony was acquitted on all major charges on her daughter's death during the 2011 murder trial, but was found guilty on four counts of lying to law enforcement officers.

The charges include, lying to detectives about having left Caylee with nanny Zeneida Gonzales, lying about working at Universal Studios, and saying Caylee was missing and later on that she was alive.

The Florida mother's defense will argue that all four convictions should be treated as one offense since they were made during one long interrogation period, and that all four statements should have been thrown out of the trial because police failed to read Anthony her Miranda rights at the time of her arrest, Wesh.com reported.

The hearing is set to take place at the Fifth District Court of Appeals in Daytona Beach at 1:30 p.m.
