In a behind the scenes video from Health's magazine cover shoot, the former 90210 star, Jennie Garth, opened up about her staying-fit secrets and her obsession with beets.

Following the dramatic weight loss that ensued her marriage breakup from Twilight's star Peter Fancinelli, Garth appears to have gotten stronger from the inside out, literally.

The star revealed to Health Magazine that the 30-pound-drop was the fruit of much exercise and basically never just "sitting down."

"I've been working out really hard," she said in a behind the scenes video from the Health cover shoot. "I've been weight training with a trainer three days a week. We do boxing, kickboxing — lots of weight lifting and training and jumping all around like crazy people. I really never sit down! I think that's basically the secret — not sitting around."

In the clip, the 40-year-old actress also shared some of her favorite healthy foods and discussed her passion for healthy habits in general. To read Garth's full interview and learn more about her 30 lb weight loss visit Health.com.
