Grammy-nominated R&B singer Frank Ocean topped off a great year with a not-so-great New Year's Eve. Cops temporarily confiscated the 25-year-old's driver's license after they caught him going 90 in a 65 mph zone while in possession of marijuana. According to TMZ, Ocean was slapped with a pot citation, for driving on a suspended license and for having tinted windows.

Here's Ocean's remarkably straightforward statement, via Twitter:

The license-less Ocean Instagrammed a photo of his ride home in the back of a cop car, captioned "worst trip ever."
