Bloomberg Businessweek cover calls Congress a bunch of babies over fiscal cliff

Jan. 3, 2013 at 12:46 PM   |   Comments

Jan. 3 (UPI) -- Bloomberg Businessweek has developed a real flair for provocative magazine covers -- from the Hurricane Sandy-themed "It's Global Warming, Stupid," to Election Day's "old Obama." (Someone has to, now that Newsweek is out of the print game.)

Crying infants represent members of Congress on Businessweek's January 7 cover, which uses a single word to sum up Wall Street's frustrations with Washington: "BABIES." The cover story, written by Peter Coy, examines the economic policy behind Congress' own "mooncalf monster-child," also known as the fiscal cliff.
