Miley Cyrus: Don't blame Justin Bieber for photographer's death

Following the tragic death of a photographer who was taking pictures of Justin Bieber's car, Miley Cyrus steps up for fellow singer in anti-paparazzi Twitter rant.

Miley Cyrus is no stranger to the paparazzi craze that celebrities have to deal with on a day-to-day basis, which is why she took it upon herself to stand up for fellow singer Justin Bieber following the tragic death of a photographer who was taking pictures of his car on Tuesday.

To show her support, Cyrus twitted the following as soon as the news broke,

Though Bieber was not directly involved in the incident as he wasn't the one driving his car when the accident occurred, the teen sensation said in a statement he hopes the tragedy encourages the creation of laws that will help avoid these types of incidents in the future.

"Hopefully this tragedy will finally inspire meaningful legislation and whatever other necessary steps to protect the lives and safety of celebrities, police officers, innocent public bystanders, and the photographers themselves," Bieber's statement to Access Hollywood read.

The names and ages of those involved in the accident have yet to be revealed.
