Japanese comedy duo COWCOW has created this super strange holiday workout that might or might not by the ultimate way to lose that holiday weight.

COWCOW's 'No Surprise Exercise' workout video has literally no surprises. With moves like, "Move your right leg forward, then your left leg forward too... You can Walk" and "Curl your fingers forward a couple of times and... People come," this workout video might literally be the easiest way to lose the weight you picked up this holiday season. Take a look.
