Tina Fey and Amy Poehler are two of television's most fabulous comediennes, so when the best friends and Saturday Night Live alumnae host January's Golden Globe Awards, it's going to be memorable.
Speaking in old-timey Hollywood accents and decked out in appropriately sparkly gowns, Fey and Poehler give us a taste of what to expect at the annual awards show in the first promo teasing the show, released today by NBC.
Fey and Poehler will be going head to head for one of the awards: both are nominated for Best Actress in a Comedy or Musical Series.
Fey took home the statuette for her work as Liz Lemon in 30 Rock twice, in 2008 and 2009, and has been nominated each year since. Poehler was nominated in 2012 for playing Leslie Knope in Parks and Recreation.
The duo recently shared the stage at Comedy Central's Night of Too Many Stars, where they auctioned off their famed best-friendship for autism services.
