Chris Christie: I'm not too fat to be president

In an interview with ABC's Barbara Walters, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie said it was "ridiculous" to think he was too fat to be president, though he did acknowledge concerns about his weight.

When Walters' asked Christie about "the elephant in the room," the New Jersey native admitted to being "more than a little" overweight. But he rejected claims that his size would bar him from the nation's highest office.

I’ve done this job pretty well. I think people watched me for the last number of weeks during Hurricane Sandy doing 18-hour days and getting right back up the next day and still being just as effective in the job, so i don’t think that will be a problem.
