Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, co-founders of The Row fashion line, have collaborated with artist Damien Hirst on a $55,000 crocodile-skin backpack adorned with multi-colored pills.

It's not the first time the the Oslen sisters have sold exuberantly priced crocodile backpacks, nor the first time Hirst has pasted pills onto an object, but they've combined forces for the so-called Row and Damien Hirst Multicolored Perscription [sic] Pills bag. Only 12 will go on sale December 12 at justoneeye.com.

Here's the official description:

This one-of-a-kind wearable art work features original art by Hirst, meticulously applied to front, back, and straps, of The Row’s beautifully crafted backpack, the centerpiece design of their 2012 collection. Using traditional techniques, this stunning backpack was crafted in Italy and made with specially sourced materials. Created of black patent leather Nile crocodile, the backpack’s many features include internal detachable handle, adjustable canvas straps, internal zip-fastening, slit pockets, and small gold-plated brass feet at base.
