Nov. 29 (UPI) -- From giant Gollum statues to Hobbit-themed Air New Zealand air safety videos, Kiwis are doing their best to convince the rest of the world that their island nation actually is Middle Earth. In this latest attempt, a local news station, TVNZ, delivered its weather report entirely in Elvish, the Sindarin language developed by author-linguist J.R.R. Tolkien. "In Hobbiton, it will be mostly hot with blue skies," weatherman-cum-elf Tamati Coffey says. Enjoy.
