Yoko Ono's new John Lennon-inspired line of clothes for men includes mesh tops, crystal-studded toe-less boots, a 'butt hoodie,' and a Regina George-inspired bandeau bra. It's pretty weird.
In partnership with Opening Ceremony, Ono brought a collection of old drawings to life for the new line, Yoko Ono Fashions for Men 1969-2012. The original sketches were a gift for her late husband, Lennon, in 1969.
“I was inspired to create ‘Fashions for Men’ amazed at how my man was looking so great. I felt it was a pity if we could not make clothes emphasizing his very sexy bod,” Ono told Women's Wear Daily last week. “So, I made this whole series with love for his hot bod and gave it to him as a wedding present. You can imagine how he went wild and fell in love with me even more.”
