
Walt Disney Co., has agreed to buy Lucasfilm for $4 billion, meaning that the powerhouse entertainment giant behind films like "Aladdin" and "Pocahontas," has full rights to Han Solo, Darth Vader and the rest of the "Star Wars" gang.
