Hurricane Sandy is coming.

Federal and other government buildings are closed, the presidential campaigns are suspended, and the East Coast is bracing for an onslaught from what many are calling the storm of the century.

Naturally, the images produced by people in Sandy's path, and those taken from space, are stunning.
