Reunited for their first album since 1999, alt-rock trio Ben Folds Five released the music video for "Do It Anyway" on Monday, the first single off the band's upcoming album "The Sound of the Life of the Mind."

Produced by Chris Hardwick's ever-expanding nerd empire, Nerdist Industries, the adorable video stars members of the "Fraggle Rock" Muppet clan as they step in on a Bed Folds Five recording session.

Also there for the fun are Rob Cordry, Anna Kendrick and the nerd king himself.

“When Ben sent me ‘Do it Anyway,’ I knew within the first five seconds that the song was perfect -- the bouncy piano… the dancing bass …it actually sounded like it was intentionally written for the Fraggles," Hardwick said in a release.

"I can never fully express the amount of nerdy joy that I felt on set seeing Red Fraggle jump around on Ben’s piano. And the fact that I was able to weasel my way into the video was a dream come true.”

Make sure you watch till minute 5:08, when the whole team performs the "Fraggle Rock" theme song. And because it's Monday, comfort yourself with the original "Fraggle Rock" opening below.

"The Sound of the Life of the Mind" drops September 18.
