Cool Hillary strikes again.

On her stop in Johannesburg, Secretary of State Clinton totally tore up the dance floor at dinner hosted by her South African counterpart.

Once viewed as cold, the former first lady and presidential candidate is now thought of as cool instead: Clinton is one of the most popular officials in America.

In all likelihood, it's what she does when she's outside the U.S. that has upped Hillary's hip factor.

Her travels at the behest of the State Department have given America a peek into her soul, and revealed not only a highly competent diplomat but a fun-loving and good-humored party girl. She's faced criticism, as well as earned admiration for showing a complete disregard for the things that uniquely plague women in the public sphere, wearing her ponytail in a scunci and attending official meetings makeup-free.

She's also the most traveled Secretary of State ever, and has racked up quite a few memorable moments. Just two days before her dance party in Jo-burg, she cut a rug in Malawi, while at a ceremony presenting a bull to development group.

And who could forget the photos of the secretary partying with her staff and drinking beer on a trip to Cartagena, Colombia?
