Obviously a lot of folks were disappointed in last night's Wisconsin recall outcome. But none went so far as this woman, caught on tape, who actually slapped Milwaukee Mayor and failed gubernatorial candidate Tom Barrett after he gave his concession speech Tuesday night.

"Milwaukee TV station WISN reports the woman told Barrett she slapped him for conceding to Governor Walker," the anchor said. "Barrett didn't seem fazed and he continued to thank supporters."
