Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora if facing drunk driving charges. The musician was arrested Tuesday night when police saw him weaving down a southern California highway. He reportedly had his girlfriend, his 10 year old daughter, an another unidentified young girl in the car with him at the time. He was apparently released from police custody early yesterday morning. Sambora's arraignment is set for May 7.

Robin Williams' wife is reportedly filling for divorce. The actor's rep says his wife of 19 years Marsha filed papers in San Francisco last week citing irreconcilable differences. The pair have two kids together...18 year old Zelda and 16 year old Cody. Court papers show she's looking t get joint legal custody of Cody...but requesting he live with her and Williams get visitation rights. She's also reportedly requesting he pay attorney fees and spousal support.

Another celebrity couple is calling is quits...Kimora Lee Simmons filed for divorce from music producer Russell Simmons earlier this week citing irreconcilable difference. The couple first publicly announced they were splitting two years ago. Kimora is seeking primary legal and physical custody of their two daughters...with only supervised visits allowed for Simmons. 

Boxing champ Laila Ali is going to be a mom. The former "Dancing With the Stars" contestant tells Essence magazine she and her husband former NFL star Curtis Conway are expecting. Ali says she "I am 100 percent undeniably happy." The pair married last July in California.

Meanwhile another pro boxer is gearing up for his next challenge...Wrestlemania 24. Lightweight boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr...also known as "Money" will compete in the competition on Sunday. The boxing champ met face to face with his more than 400 pound opponent "Big Show" at a press conference yesterday. Mayweather is the first boxer to step into the wrestling ring...but other pros like Mike Tyson and Muhammad Ali have served as referees in past matched.

Hollywood couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt could keep it all in the family when voting for the next U.S. president. Researchers from he New England Historic Genealogical Society have reportedly found the two are related to the Democratic presidential hopefuls. Research shows Jolie and Hillary Clinton are ninth cousins twice removed, and Pitt and Barack Obama are ninth cousins. There's no word on who the pair actually plan on voting for. 

Jamie Lynn Spears is reportedly flaunting a shiny new engagement ring. Sources tell People magazine the 16 year old "Zoey 101" star has been showing friends and family the ring she got from 18 year old fiance Casey Aldrige.  The two are expecting a baby this summer. There's no word on when the teenage couple will tie the knot.

Meanwhile her big sister Britney is proving to be a big star on primetime TV. The singer's appearance on Monday night's CBS sitcom "How I Met Your Mother" boosted the show's ratings. More than 10 million people reportedly tuned into see the pop star in action...making it the fourth most watched show of the night.

"Dancing With the Stars" contestant Priscilla Presley says she was once a victim of a con artist doctor. Her rep says she was taken advantage of by an unqualified plastic surgeon several years ago. The case has apparently been dealt with and the man is now in prison. The LA times says the doctor was found guilty of injecting his patience with "industrial silicone" which he promised would take away wrinkles.

"Daily Show" host Jon Stewart was in Washington DC last night to receive a special honor. The comedian was presented the Merit Award from the United Service Organization. Stewart got the award for his support for U.S. servicemen and women. He's reportedly spent time visiting wounded soldiers at military hospitals in the DC area.

Britney Spears' father is staying in control of Britney Spears' affairs for the time being. A California judge reportedly rejected a plea from one of the singer's attorneys, challenging Jamie Spears role as co-conservator. He was given control of her finances in February...following her second stay in an LA psychiatric ward. The singer's Dad is set to hold onto that role until July 31. 

George Michael is preparing to head on the road. The British pop star has announced plans for a North American concert tour this summer. It's apparently his first time touring in the region in 17 years. The concert series will promote his upcoming release "Twenty-Five" which goes on sale April 1. Tickets for the concert tour will be available to the general public April 6.  

Fans won't be getting their hands on clothing designs by George Clooney...because he says they don't exist. The actor's rep says rumors that he's developing a fashion line called GC Exclusive by George Clooney are completely untrue. His rep says it's a hoax and Clooney has no connection with it. The "Michael Clayton" star is known for his classy fashion sense that's often seen on the red carpet. 

Meanwhile Nicole Richie is creating her own fashion products. The new mom tells People magazine she's started designing jewelry with the company Mouawad. Richie says everyone is understanding about the demands of being a mom and gives her flexibility in her schedule. But Richie has more creative designing in mind...she's reportedly releasing an infant fashion line later this year as well. 

Former "Friends" star David Schwimmer is making his debut as a director of a feature film. Schwimmer is directing the new comedy "Run Fatboy Run." He attended the film's premiere in Los Angeles last night. The movie's stars Simon Pegg and  Thandie Newton were at the event as well. You can catch the old "friend's" new work in theaters this Friday.

British police are investigating the death of the husband of British singer Corinne Bailey Rae.  Saxophonist Jason Rae was found dead in an apartment in Leeds England over the weekend. He was only 31 years old. Authorities are still awaiting toxicology results but reports say he died of a suspected overdose. Bailey Rae reportedly met her husband while working as a coat room attendant...they married in 2001.

The Jonas Brothers have wrapped their concert tour. The new hit teen band; 20 year old Kevin, 18 year old Joe and 15 year old Nick celebrated the end of their concert series in New York over the weekend. The brothers all made their handprints permanent at Planet Hollywood. The Disney Channel will soon reportedly release a reality show about them called "Jonas Brothers: Living the Dream." It will follow them through their tour and living as young teen stars.

"Harry Potter" author J.K. Rowling is opening up about her battle with depression. A British newspaper says the author admits to contemplating suicide during tough times. When Rowling was in her mid twenties, she was apparently very poor and trying to make it as a single mother. The writer says it was her daughter that made her seek help. Since then she's written the successful "Potter" series and is one of the world's richest women. 

"Dr. Suess' Horton Hears a Who!" is continuing to stampede the box offices. The animated film featuring the voices of Steve Carrell and Jim Carey took number one at U.S. theaters...for the second weekend in a row. "Meet the Brows," starring and directed by Tyler Perry grabbed the second spot. And the new horror film with Joshua Jackson called "Shutter" landed in third. That's all according to box office mojo.

Meanwhile, Paris Hilton is a big hit in South Africa. The hotel heiress is in the country with her boyfriend, Good Charlotte guitarist Benji Madden. He is on tour in South Africa. Hilton hosted a party in Johannesburg over the weekend, apparently attracted a mass of fans. Sources tell People magazine she and Madden spent the evening in a VIP room...Hilton apparently waved to fans from up there and expressed love for the African country.

Tori Spelling says she would be on board for a remake of "Beverly Hills: 90210." The actress, who co-starred in the original 1990's hit says she would take a role on the new version. The CW network is reportedly planning a spinoff of the series. Spelling says her late father Aaron, who produced the original, would be proud for her to be a part of it. There's no word on when the new age 90210 would air. 

Actress Jamie Lee Curtis is taking off her top to show aging can be beautiful. The nearly 50 year old actress will reportedly appear topless in the May-June issue of AARP magazine. She apparently wants to show women aging naturally and taking care of their bodies can lead to feeling confident and attractive....even as they age. Curtis says glam does not equal beauty...but a healthy diet and attitude does. 

Angela Bassett has made her mark on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The actress was honored with a star on the famous sidewalk yesterday. Her husband and twins were there to show support as well as actors Forest Whitaker and Rick Fox. Bassett got a little emotional as friends paid tribute to her. The actress has starred in films like "What's Love got to do With It" and "How Stella Got Her Groove Back."

Fergie's rep is denying rumors that the singer is pregnant. Her spokesperson tells Us Magazine recent reports saying she and fiancé Josh Duhamel are expecting are false. Duhamel's rep also confirmed that the two wont become parents yet. Fergie and the actor got engaged last December after dating for three years. 

Bryan Adams was back in his hometown of Vancouver yesterday...promoting his new album "11." The singer played an intimate concert at a church in the Canadian city he grew up in. Adams paid tribute to his mother...he said he was in Vancouver for her 80 birthday. Only about 300 people were invited to the private performance...including his entire family. Adams has reportedly sold 65 million albums since 1980.

Former "Dancing With the Stars" duo Cheryl Burke and Drew Lachey are rejecting rumors they had an affair. Burke's rep says reports that they were involved in a relationship during their time on the reality show back in 2006 are completely untrue. A spokesperson for Lachey, who is married with a two year old daughter, says it "cannot be farther than the truth."

Actor Shia LaBeouf says he's innocent of unlawful smoking. The "Transformers" star is pleading not guilty to violating a smoking ordinance in Southern California. An attorney representing the actor filed the plea for him yesterday. It came one day after an LA court commissioner issued a warrant for his arrest when he failed to show up in court on Tuesday. Now that warrant has reportedly been withdrawn. LaBeouf's arraignment is set for April 24. 

Police are looking into an apparent suicide on one of Mel Gibson's properties. TMZ.com reports a 48 year old construction worker was found dead at one of the actor's homes near Malibu...He reportedly hanged himself. The house is apparently a construction site and Gibson has never lived there before. 

Fergie brought in the fans last night in Texas at the annual RodeoHouston. The singer performed to a sold out crowd in true Texas style...sporting a cowboy hat. Fergie sang after crowds watched the rodeo. The annual event is a 20 day long series of entertainers and rodeo shows...keeping the cowboy culture alive in Houston. 

Rapper 50 Cent was on hand at the New York auto show yesterday...helping to unveil some new car models. The hip hop artist revealed three new Pontiac models at the show...the G8 GXP, the Solstice Coupe, and the G8 Sport truck. Pontiac is having a contest to name the new truck...the rapper suggested his real name "Curtis."

Heath Ledger's family members are reportedly at odds over the handling his estate. People magazine reports the late actor's uncles are concerned about Ledger's father Kim controlling his assets. They tell the publication Kim has a track record of mishandling money in the past...He was apparently removed as the executor of their grandfather's estate several years ago. The actor's uncles say they just want to know his daughter Matilda will be taken care of. Ledger died in January of an accidental prescription drug overdose.

Meanwhile, the entertainment industry is mourning the loss of another film great. Oscar winning writer and director Anthony Minghella died yesterday at the age of 54. He reportedly passed away in a London hospital from a hemorrhage that resulted from a recent routine surgery. Minghella worked on several big movies like "The English Patient," "Cold Mountain," and "The Talented Mr. Ripley."

Halle Berry is now revealing her new baby's name. The actress and her boyfriend Gabriel Aubry have named their daughter Nahla Ariela Aubry. Nahla was born Sunday morning but Berry says they didn't pick her name until they left the hospital. The actress tells "Access Hollywood" they wanted to meet her before they chose a name. 

Miley Cyrus is changing the name she was born with...now officially. The singer and actress reportedly filed papers in an LA court recently to change her name from her birth name Destiny Hope Cyrus to Miley Ray Cyrus. She apparently got the nickname from her father country star Billy Ray Cyrus...he used to call her "Smiley Miley" when she was a baby. 

Stars gathered in London last night to honor the success stories of people with a troubled past. Actress Gwyneth Paltrow was at "The Prince's Trust Celebrate Success Awards"...she presented an award to a young man, once addicted to drugs who has set up a business to help others involved with substance abuse. Oscar winning actor Kevin Spacey was there as well, along with British actors Charlie Cox and Richard E. Grant. Several other awards were given to people who have fought homelessness and unemployment with the help of charity.

A British court is ordering Paul McCartney to pay nearly 50 million dollars to his ex Heather Mills. The decision was made yesterday after one of the most bitter celebrity divorces came to an end. Mills told reporters outside the courtroom she was pleased with the result. The couple married in 2002 before splitting in 2006...they have a four year old daughter Beatrice together. 

Madonna's rep is rejecting rumors that she and her husband Guy Richie are splitting. Her spokesperson says the two are "happily married' despite reports that they're relationship is on the rocks. They're apparently in London with their three kids...11 year old Lourdes, 7 year old Rocco and 2 year old David...who they are in the process of officially adopting.

Will Smith says he's not a scientologist. In an interview with Radar magazine, the actor rejected rumors that he follows the religion. Smith has been linked to Scientology because of his friendship with the religion's follower Tom Cruise. But Smith says in the magazine, you don't have to practice the teaching t be a friend of Cruise. The actor says he's a Christian and "student of all religions."

A new Iraq war drama is making it's way to theaters. "Stop-Loss," starring Ryan Phillippe premiered in Los Angeles last night. Other cast members like Steven Strait and Channing Tatum attended the event as well. The film is about the lives of soldiers who have served in Iraq. It's set for a  U.S. release March, 28. 

Stars hit the town in New York last night to help aspiring young actors. Actresses Stockard Channing and Kathleen Turner were jut a few of the celebrities that showed up at the Stella by Starlight benefit. The event raised money for inner city kids trying to become actors. Actor Martin Sheen was honored with the Marlon Brando Award for his work in film and the community. And Gossip columnist Liz Smith was given the Harold Clurman Lifetime Achievement Award. The late Roy Sheider was also honored for his work onstage with the Group Theater Award. His wife Brenda accepted it on his behalf.

Halle Berry is taking on a new role as a mom. The actress and her boyfriend Gabriel Aubry welcomed a baby girl yesterday. There's no word on a name for the new addition yet, but Berry's rep says she's doing great. The actress and Aubry met in 2005 and Berry first announced she was pregnant last September.

Britney Spears' friend and former manager Sam Lutfi is staying away from her a little longer. People magazine says Lutfi agreed to extend a temporary restraining order...barring him from having contact with the singer. That court order was set to expire today. Last month Spears' mother Lynne accused Lutfi of drugging the pop star and controlling all aspects of her life.

U.S. audiences headed to the theaters over the weekend, to check out the newest elephant in the room. "Dr. Seuss' Horton Hears A Who!," featuring the voices of Steve Carrell and Jim Carey, smashed U.S. box offices over the weekend...bringing in more than 45 million dollars in ticket sales. That's the biggest opening so far this year. Last week's topper, "10,000 BC" starring Steven Strait dropped to second followed by Never Back Down" with Sean Faris and Amber Heard. That's according to Box Ofice Mojo.

Actress Tori Spelling is revealing private details of her life in a new book. In her new memoir titled "sTori Telling" the actress opens up about living in a famous family and growing up in the entertainment  industry. Her father Aaron Spelling was the producer of the hit show "Beverly Hills 90210"...a program the actress also co-starred in. In the book she reportedly talks about her relationship with her family and working with other actresses like "90210" co-star Shannon Doherty.

Major League baseball has made its way to China. The first major league games took place in Beijing over the weekend...the San Diego Padres beat the Los Angeles Dodgers 6-3 in the second game of a two-game exhibition series. The stadium was filled with fans and Chinese cheerleaders provided entertainment at the games. The ball used for the first pitch of the series will reportedly be added to the baseball hall of fame.

Actress Minnie Driver is going to be a mom. The actress revealed on last night's "Tonight Shoe with Jay Leno" that she's pregnant with her first child. The actress didn't say when she was due but did admit to having a pretty bad case of morning sickness. There's no word on who the father is. 

A spinoff of the hit 1990's show "Beverly Hills 90210" is reportedly in the works. The Hollywood Reporter says the CW network will decide by the end of the month whether to go forward with the pilot. There's no word on what exactly the show will be about or if any of the original cast members will be on it. 90210 originally ran from 1990 to 2000 and was about a group of wealthy teens.

Britney Spears is enjoying life on primetime TV. The pop star says she's "having a blast" as a guest star on the sitcom "How I Met Your Mother." She was filming the episode on Wednesday and Thursday. Cast members say she is great to work with. She was apparently very prepared for her role and showed up on time. Spears' episode is set to air on March 24.

Usher is holding on to his spot at the top of the Billboard chart. His song "Love in This Club" featuring Young Jeezy is number one on the Hot 100 list for the second week in a row. Chris Brown's "With You" is in the second spot this week and coming in third is Flo Rida's song featuring T-Pain "Low."

Celebrities are coming together to donate big bucks for aid in Darfur. The group Not on Our Watch, started by actors Don Cheadle, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, George Clooney and producer Jerry Weintraub, donated 500,000 dollars to the cause. The money went to the UN World Food Programme Humanitarian Air Service...who earlier this week announced they would have to halt some relief operations because of lack of donations.

Melissa Joan Hart has a new baby boy. The actress's rep says she and her husband Mark Wilkerson welcomed the new addition on Wednesday. His name is Braydon Hart Wilkerson. Braydon joins a two year old brother Mason. Wilkerson says he and Hart are "the proudest parents ever."

Comedian Billy Crystal now knows what it's like to be a New York Yankee. The actor signed a one day contract with the baseball team yesterday...allowing him to practice with the team during spring training. It was apparently his childhood dream which he fulfilled right before his 60 birthday tomorrow. In celebration of the big day...Crystal sported a classic Yankees jersey with the number 60 on the back. 

Actress Valerie Bertinelli says her ex husband Eddie Van Halen is not in rehab. She tells People magazine reports that he's postponed tour dates for treatment are completely untrue. Bertinelli says she talks to the guitarist about every other day and he's working on talking care of himself and his illness. There's no word on what that illness is. As of now, he and the band is planning on getting back on the road April 19.

"Harry Potter" fans can expect not one...but two films for the final book in the Potter saga. The Los Angeles Times says "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" will be released in two parts...the first in November 2010 and the second will be released in May of 2011. By that time the film's star Daniel Radcliffe will have spent nearly ten years playing the young wizard. "Potter" producers say they decided to do two parts to avoid leaving many essential details out. 

Rocker Meat Loaf is giving fans an inside look on his life on the road. A new documentary "Meat Loaf: In Search of Paradise" follows the star through his word tour in 2007...promoting his album "Bat out of Hell III." The performer attended the film's premiere in New York last night alongside the writer and director Bruce David Klein. The documentary was released in some theaters yesterday.
