Nov. 18 (UPI) -- Sicily's famous volcano, Mt. Etna, lit up the night sky by spewing ash Saturday night. The show continued over night and settled down on Sunday morning.

The eruption was not a threat to any nearby villages though an airport in the nearby city of Catania said it closed two air space sectors above Europe's most active volcano.

Etna regularly erupts, drawing in tourists from all over the world.
