Stevie Wonder to play concert for the blind in Marrakesh

To celebrate a new treating boosting access to books for the blind, Stevie Wonder has followed through on a promise to perform in at a concert for the negotiators in Marrakesh, Morocco, Friday.

The music legend, who is himself blind, asked the 600 negotiators from the World Intellectual Property Organization 's 186 member states to come to an agreement last week.

Now that they have, the singer will follow through on his promise, and will play at the Palais des Congres.

The agreement will help overcome copyright issues when reproducing books for the blind and visually impaired, including those in Braille, large print and audio records.
