Aug. 3 (UPI) -- An 86-story skyscraper in Dubai, one of the tallest residential buildings in the world, caught fire for the second time but no injuries were reported, the Dubai Media Office said.

Residents of the building, which is named the Torch Tower, were safely evacuated.

The Dubai Media Office said the fire "has been brought under control," adding that "cooling operations are underway."

In 2015, hundreds of residents had to flee the building when it caught fire, with some running down as many as 72 stories to get to safety.

No deaths or injuries were reported in that incident.
