ATHENS, Greece, Nov. 10 (UPI) -- A small grenade, tossed from a passing motorbike early Thursday, injured a police officer at France's Embassy in Athens, police said.
The attack on a security post outside the Embassy, across the street from the Greek Parliament building, left a small hole in the pavement and lightly damaged the Embassy's gate and guard post. The police officer was hospitalized with minor injuries to his legs.
