Sudanese author says 'great things' are happening in Arab world

WASHINGTON, Oct. 1 (UPI) -- Amir Ahmad Nasr, a Sudanese writer and digital entrepreneur, says one of the major catalysts that sparked the Arab Spring -- digital activism -- gives him reason to be optimistic about the future of Muslim countries. Nasr says technology is providing opportunities for people to educate themselves and question authority.
