TAMPA, Fla., March 5 (UPI) -- A dog was shot three times and tied to a railroad track but survived, and Tampa, Fla., police are seeking information about the incident.
Police officers responded to three separate calls Wednesday afternoon regarding gunfire heard in Tampa's Sulphur Springs area. They found a bleeding mixed-breed dog, about one to two years old, tied to railroad tracks with a belt and with gunshots to the neck and shoulder.
